Metatron Hunter 4025 Scanner – Nonlinear Analytical System (NLS) – Institute of Practical Psychophysics (Omsk) was founded in 1990 by Vladimir Igorevich Nesterov, Director of the International Academy of Nonlinear Diagnostic Systems, who is a full member of the Academy of Medical and Technological Sciences.
