Our products would be tested for many times before they were made, and we will do the final test before we delivery one by one.

When you received the package, and found the device didn’t work because of something broken, please contact us as soon as possible, send a picture of the hardware or the software to us, so that we can check what happened, and fixed it asap if we could. If the problem couldn’t be fixed, we will send a new one for you.
